
Today was a rest day so there’s not much to say right now. I actually overslept my alarm this morning so I missed the gym but I feel like I just needed the sleep, so I guess it all works out. I did do a lot of walking at work today, and had to do a lot of moving around as I transported and setup equipment. It wasn’t hard labor or anything, but it was a lot of getting down on the ground and back up again so I was surprised at how quickly the aching in the sides of my quads has gone down. I could feel it but it was already much less noticeable, even from just yesterday. Tomorrow is a new day and the goal is 70 squats. I feel like it’s going to go really well, and I’m looking forward to it!
